Leadership Development and Training

Over the past four years we have developed a package of leadership programmes to help develop leaders at all levels of the profession. The feedback from these from those attending and their headteachers has been very positive with majority of participants have subsequently gained promotion.

All the programmes take account of the participants experience and what they seek to gain and are interactive, practical and based on the reality of schools.

Programmes include:

• Curriculum leadership

• Deputy Head and Assistant Head leadership

• Leadership development for Headteachers

 

National Professional Qualifications (NPQs)

In addition, we presently work closely with the Ambition Institute in supporting and contributing to their NPQML, NPQSL, NPQH and NPQEL programmes.

Bill is currently a coach on the NPQEL programme,

We have both been previously involved in designing, delivering and assessing all three NPQ programmes for a range of providers.
